                                              • What do I need to bring on a Guided Nature Walk?
Sensible footwear - closed toe trainers or boots (no sandals or jandals) warm or sun hat, Sunscreen, insect repellant, waterproof / windproof / warm clothing for changeable weather, small daypack, remember to bring your camera & a smile!.
                                              • What do I need to wear on a Guided Snowshoeing walk?
LAYERS! To stay warm and ready for all winter weather conditions it is important to bring several layers of clothing. This allows you to remove and add layers as you warm up or cool down. Wool or synthetic clothing like fleece and polypropylene are great for base and warm layers. If possible, avoid cotton clothing as when cotton gets wet (from sweat and weather) it stays wet and gets heavy and cold. Bring a wind or waterproof coat for over your warm layers (if you don't have, one don't worry we have some that you can borrow, also a few fleece layers). Don't forget a warm hat, gloves, warm socks and sturdy (preferably waterproof) winter footwear. SUNGLASSES ARE A MUST! the reflection of the sun off the snow can cause snow-blindness..

                                              • Do you cater for children?
Yes we do. We encourage people with children to take a private walk rather than have the hassles of walking with others. This way you can walk at you own pace & your children's interests can be catered for. Child price is under 14yrs. Generally we don't charge for small children that are carried by parents.
